Precautions for Use of Two-stroke Machines

Two-stroke engine start-up procedure:

Note：Check the machine circuit carefully before starting,whether the oil path is normal.

Step 1:Turn on the flame our switch,1 on ,0 off (no need to care if not have)

Step 2:Close the air door,near the fuel tank is on,and opposite is off.

Step 3:Mix the fuel oil in correct proportion,add to the oil tank,press the oil bubble under the carburetor 5-10times,until there is no air inside.

Step 4: Close the air door,pull the hand puller 3-5 times,hear the blasting sound in side,then open the air door and pull the hand puller to normally start,open the air door after starting the machine.

Note for starting:Pull out 10cm distance at first before pulling the hand puller,feel the hand puller has resistance and then give a sharp pull,slowly take back the line following the rebound after hand puller is pulled out.If the machine is not started after the air door is opened,you can open the door again,repeat step 4, and contact us if do not start three times.

The machine uses mixed fuel of two-stroke engine oil and gasoline, gasoline:2T engine oil=25:1(randomly there is a white mixture bottle,the big side is for gasoline,add to the scale 5 or 10,engine oil is added to the same as gasoline scale,shake the oil bottle evenly mixed.) The gearbox lubricant of machine has been added before it eaves the factory,just add fuel to start and run-in.Unscrew the butter filing hole,and add into 25g solid butter after every 20-30hours the machine in use.
